The 2024 Race Schedules are Complete!

We are excited to start the 2024 Pigeon Racing Season here at Denver International CA.  The 2023 Old Bird & Young Bird racing seasons were very successful.  During 2024 the club wants to continue increase local membership growth, continue combine racing in the Rocky Mountain Flyers Combine, and increase total race entries & flyer count for the

Denver International CA will be competing in the Rocky Mountain Flyers Combine during the 2024 Old Bird Racing Series. 9 races are scheduled starting April 1st with a 150 mile race from Burlington CO  and concluding with 500 & 600 mile races on May 26th from Topeka KS and Odessa MO

Champion Loft, Master Loft, Champion Bird, Average Speed

are some of the awards available.

Young Bird Racing Pigeons are pigeons that have been banded on 1/1/2023 or later and will race 8-9 races ranging from 100-380 miles during late summer/early fall time frame.  The racing pigeons are released at sunup, race home and clock through the live clocking system.  Final race results are typically calculated and published through the AU National Database within 24 hours of race finish.

Old Bird Racing Pigeons are pigeons that are older than one year and will race 8-9 races ranging from 100-600 miles during late spring/early summer time frame.  The racing pigeons are released at sunup, race home and clock through the live clocking system.  Final race results are typically calculated and published through the AU National Database within 24 hours of race finish.

DICA 360 Auction Day

The DICA 360 rules dictate that the top finish racing pigeons will be sold at auction to the highest bidder as a fund-raising event for future expenses of Denver International CA.  The auction was completed November, 2022 at the clubhouse. The club provided food and refreshments. The 2022 first place bird sold for $500
